Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of integrated music marketing campaigns for multiple artists across digital, social, streaming, and live channels.
- Collaborate with A&R, production, and product teams to align artist branding with release strategy and product marketing plans.
- Build and manage content calendars, production pipelines, and performance dashboards to track campaign impact.
- Drive fan engagement and growth through data-informed strategies, including social media, email marketing, and playlist pitching.
- Oversee creative briefs and coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors to produce high-quality assets that resonate with fans.
- Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and optimize ROI across all channels.
- Manage budgets, negotiate with agencies and vendors, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets.
- Mentor junior team members, foster a culture of experimentation, and champion best-in-class marketing practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of music marketing, digital campaigns, or artist branding experience.
- Proven track record of successful campaigns across streaming platforms and social media.
- Strong data analysis skills with familiarity with analytics tools (Spotify for Artists, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, Ads platforms).
- Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and external partners; thrive in fast-paced release cycles.
- Creative thinker with passion for music across genres and a love for storytelling.
