Join our boutique notary practice delivering reliable, accurate, and compliant notary services to individuals and businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are seeking a skilled Notary Public / Signing Agent who can manage mobile and in-office signings with professionalism.
As a core member, you will verify identities, administer oaths, witness signatures, and ensure all documents are properly notarized in accordance with California Notary laws. This role requires discretion, exceptional customer service, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibility
- Perform notarial acts in strict compliance with California Notary law and company policies.
- Schedule and conduct mobile and in-office signings, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Verify identity, administer oaths, take acknowledgments, and complete notary journal entries.
- Review documents for accuracy, identify potential issues, and communicate clearly with clients.
- Maintain secure records, manage confidential information, and ensure data privacy.
- Provide outstanding customer service and professional guidance to signers and clients.
- Collaborate with lenders, title companies, and attorneys to support smooth closings.
Qualification
- Current California Notary Public commission in good standing.
- Notary Signing Agent certification preferred or able to obtain within 3 months.
- Minimum 2 years of notary experience with 50+ signings per month preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable vehicle for mobile signings; clean driving record.
- Proficiency with notary software, journals, and eNotary platforms where allowed.
- High ethical standards, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
