Responsibility
- Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments and re-assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and fine motor skills.
- Lead engaging, client-centered therapy sessions and adjust interventions based on progress and safety considerations.
- Educate clients and families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications to support independence.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
- Document care accurately, track progress, and contribute to care planning and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to safety, privacy, and professional standards, contributing to clinic quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; valid OT license/registration in Indonesia.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical OT experience preferred; new graduates considered with supervision.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, evidence-based practice, and rehabilitation modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Patient-centered approach with empathy and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in documentation, care planning, and outcome measurement.
- Proactive, organized, and reliable with a commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus for documentation and teamwork.
