Job description
We are looking for a dedicated Ophthalmic Nurse to join our team at Mayapada Eye Centre. As an Ophthalmic Nurse, you will work in the surgical setting, assisting ophthalmologists in eye surgeries and providing pre and post-operative care to patients.
Responsibility
- Assist ophthalmologists during surgeries
- Monitor patients' vital signs
- Provide patient education and post-operative instructions
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Ensure a sterile surgical environment
Qualification
- Diploma in Nursing (D3) required, Bachelors in Nursing (S1) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical or operating room settings
- Valid Nursing license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
