Responsibility

- Utilize Edukasi Carakita’s proprietary teaching methodology to create a dynamic learning environment.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor lessons as needed for individual and group success.
- Develop engaging lesson materials and activities that foster active participation and retention.
- Maintain a positive, supportive virtual classroom atmosphere that encourages student confidence and curiosity.
- Accurately track and report student attendance, participation, and performance.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance instructional skills.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to uphold the quality of our online education programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus).
- Fluent in spoken and written English; strong communication skills are essential.
- Prior teaching experience, especially online, is highly preferred.
