As part of our OD team, you will design and implement broad-based programs that align strategy with people outcomes, partner with executives to diagnose organizational effectiveness, and deliver scalable interventions that produce measurable results.

Key growth areas include leadership development, succession planning, change management, learning and development, and organizational design. This is a hands-on, strategic role suitable for a collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, data-informed environment.

Responsibility

  • Design and implement organization-wide OD strategies, including change management, leadership development, and competency models.
  • Partner with executives to diagnose organizational effectiveness and build targeted interventions.
  • Lead coaching programs and facilitation of leadership development across levels.
  • Develop and deploy performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes.
  • Drive culture change initiatives with measurable metrics, dashboards, and governance.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify workforce development needs and priorities.
  • Manage OD projects with timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful adoption.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, change management, or HR consulting.
  • Proven track record designing and delivering OD interventions that improve performance and engagement.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across senior and cross-functional audiences.
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in OD analytics, metrics, and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
