We are seeking a Senior Organizational Development Lead to partner with executives to design and implement scalable OD strategies that elevate talent, culture, and performance. This role blends strategy with hands-on delivery, including leadership development, workforce planning, and change enablement across diverse teams.
As a member of our HR & OD leadership team, you will diagnose organizational needs, create scalable design solutions, and drive adoption through coaching, training, and measurement. You will work across functions, influence senior leaders, and translate data into actionable, high-impact initiatives that accelerate business results.
Responsibility
- Partner with C-suite and business leaders to diagnose organizational design, culture, and capability gaps that hinder performance.
- Design and lead leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning to build leadership depth.
- Develop and implement change management frameworks, communication plans, and adoption metrics for large-scale initiatives.
- Facilitate organization-wide workshops, team coaching, and cross-functional strategy sessions to embed new ways of working.
- Conduct organizational assessments using data analytics, surveys, and qualitative insights to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and OD teams to align learning, performance, and workforce planning with business goals.
- Build governance dashboards and ROI measurement to demonstrate value of OD initiatives across the enterprise.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organization Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field; PhD welcome.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or OD consulting; track record of scaling organizations.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and executive communication skills with ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Hands-on experience with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) and OD diagnostics (survey design, interviews, data analysis).
- Proficiency with data analytics, HRIS/People Analytics, and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, and operations.
