Join Sparks Preschool, a fast-growing national-plus school under Seven Retail Group, as a Preschool Teacher in Cibinong. With ambitious plans to expand to approximately 25 locations across Indonesia by January 2026, we are seeking passionate educators who are dedicated to delivering high-quality early childhood education and supporting young learners on their developmental journey.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Sparks Preschool program standards.
- Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment with clear routines.
- Observe, assess, and document student progress; communicate findings to parents and school teams.
- Manage classroom materials, resources, and safety protocols to ensure an organized learning space.
- Adapt activities for diverse learners and provide targeted support as needed to promote inclusion.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to implement curriculum and school initiatives.
- Participate in school events, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development; contribute to brand quality and expansion efforts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Prior preschool teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
- Solid understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to plan, implement, and assess engaging lessons; creative and resourceful in activity design.
- Patient, nurturing, and team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of safety, safeguarding policies, and classroom procedures; willingness to follow school guidelines.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills for attendance, progress notes, and parent communication.

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 1+ year preschool teaching experience preferred.

- Creative lesson planning and classroom management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with safety and safeguarding policies; ability to follow procedures.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and parent communications.
