You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, and marketing to ship features that improve conversion, retention, and user satisfaction. You will also mentor junior product team members and contribute to a scalable product governance framework.

Responsibility
- Own product backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize work to maximize value.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, and marketing to deliver high-impact features.
- Translate business goals into a clear product roadmap and ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning across cross-functional teams.
- Gather user feedback and performance data; establish and monitor success metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
- Drive data-informed decisions through experiments, analytics, and user research.
- Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and risk management for fintech products.
- Mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to governance standards and best practices.
Qualification
- 3+ years as Product Owner or similar in fintech or digital product teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills; experience with SQL or equivalent analytics tools.
- Proven ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage backlogs in Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English; adept at stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Experience delivering consumer-facing web/mobile features; understanding of UX principles and product analytics.
- Familiarity with fintech regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
