Responsibility
- Officiate assigned matches in accordance with league rules and safety policies.
- Make timely, clear decisions and communicate calls to players and coaches respectfully.
- Monitor game flow, maintain player safety, and manage on-field conduct.
- Collaborate with other officials and league staff to ensure consistent officiating standards.
- Document game reports, incidents, and disciplinary actions accurately.
- Attend all pre-game briefings and post-game reviews to stay updated on rule changes.
- Maintain physical readiness to meet the demands of games across multiple levels.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of officiating experience in team sports such as soccer, basketball, or volleyball.
- Strong knowledge of sport rules and interpretations.
- Excellent decision making and conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication and calm under pressure.
- Ability to run, stand, and keep pace during entire match; good fitness level.
- Certification from a recognized officiating body or willingness to obtain certification within 3 months.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
