Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily sales activities within the Leuwiliang-Jasingan area, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and drive business growth.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve departmental goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize sales performance.
- Coordinate promotional initiatives and execute merchandising standards in assigned area.
- Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualification
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field; business or management studies preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing or supervising a sales team.
- Proven ability to design and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in Sale, Jawa Tengah, and travel within the Leuwiliang-Jasingan area when required.
