Sunshine Group Indonesia is hiring a proactive Sales MT (Modern Trade) to manage and grow our Modern Trade channel in Denpasar Barat, Bali. This role focuses on expanding shelf presence, building strong retailer partnerships, and driving revenue through targeted promotions and merchandising excellence. The ideal candidate is energetic, data-driven, and customer-oriented with a keen eye for in-store execution and market opportunities. You will collaborate with regional sales managers, marketing, and store teams to deliver consistent results and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include owning MT sales targets, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with logistics to guarantee product availability. You will implement promotions, price scenarios, and seasonal campaigns; train and support partner staff; and maintain accurate sales records. This position offers growth potential within the Bali region for high performers who demonstrate initiative and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibility
- Own the Modern Trade (MT) sales within Denpasar Barat and surrounding areas, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MT partners, retailers, and local distributors.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, shelf merchandising, and promotional signage to maximize visibility and sell-through.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure product availability and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement price actions, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.
- Provide training and support to partner staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and CRM updates.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in retail or Modern Trade channels.
- Proven communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with retailers and distributors.
- Ability to travel within Denpasar and surrounding areas as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- High level of integrity, initiative, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
