Responsibility
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Garudafood products within the Muarabungo area.
- Conduct regular visits to traditional retail outlets and distributors to maintain and grow customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market coverage, and develop key customer accounts.
- Execute sales strategies in alignment with company objectives and market demands.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales tactics.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, daily activity reports, and sales data analytics.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional programs.
- Resolve customer queries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or retail sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the Muarabungo area and established network is preferred.
- Valid driving license (SIM C/A) and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and mobile sales tools.
