Savino Del Bene, a leading global freight forwarder, is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will be the main liaison between clients, sales, and operations, helping to deliver tailored freight forwarding solutions across air, ocean, and land segments. You will build and maintain enduring relationships with clients, understand their supply chain needs, and provide timely, accurate quotations and service proposals. The position is ideal for a motivated professional who combines strong communication skills with a passion for logistics and international trade.

As a Sales Support Executive, you will gain deep exposure to end-to-end logistics processes, including rate negotiations, documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists), compliance with Incoterms, and coordination with carriers and internal teams. You will coordinate shipments from booking to delivery, monitor progress, flag risks, and deliver proactive updates to customers. Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Singapore and the East Region to understand logistics needs and identify opportunities for freight solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, service proposals, and tender responses to win new business and expand current accounts.
  • Coordinate end-to-end shipping activities (air, ocean, and land) including booking, routing, and schedule coordination.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents (bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists) and ensure compliance with Incoterms and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with operations, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, cost-efficient fulfillment and proactively resolve issues.
  • Provide proactive shipment updates, track performance, and communicate with customers to manage expectations and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, support revenue growth initiatives, and contribute to client retention efforts.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or sales support roles.
  • Solid understanding of Incoterms, freight documentation, and basic rate negotiation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and common CRM/ERP systems; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
