Responsibility
- Lead planning, fieldwork, and delivery of audits for diverse clients across industries.
- Supervise junior staff, review work papers, and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
- Assess internal controls, identify deficiencies, and propose practical remediation actions.
- Develop audit programs, execute tests of controls, and document results with clarity.
- Communicate findings to clients and management, and support remediation efforts.
- Provide timely status updates and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
- Foster client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional designation (CPA/CA/ACCA) preferred.
- 3+ years of audit experience (public accounting or internal audit).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and internal control frameworks (COSO).
- Proficiency with audit software and data analytics tools; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams; strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore and the region as needed.
