- Define and enforce security, governance, and compliance controls across cloud environments.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
- Lead performance tuning, cost optimization, and capacity planning with measurable metrics.
- Collaborate with software engineers to migrate services to cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Establish disaster recovery, backup, and fault-tolerance strategies with quantifiable RPO/RTO.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct design reviews, and promote best practices across the team.
- Stay current with cloud provider updates, security advisories, and industry trends.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent; cloud certification preferred (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- 5+ years in cloud architecture, engineering, or DevOps roles with hands-on multi-cloud experience.
- Strong experience with IaC (Terraform, Pulumi), configuration management, and automation, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes), Docker, and microservices patterns.
- Expertise in security, identity and access management, network design, and cost optimization.
- Solid scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar) and infrastructure monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
