Responsibility
- Lead ideation and development of original long-form and short-form content across articles, case studies, brand stories, and social media campaigns.
- Draft clear, engaging copy in various tones to fit brand voice and audience segments.
- Edit and polish content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and style; align with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, SEO specialists, and product teams to plan and deliver content calendars.
- Research complex topics, synthesize information, and translate it into accessible, storytelling-driven pieces.
- Adapt content for multiple channels including web, email, video scripts, and podcasts.
- Mentor junior writers and provide constructive feedback to maintain high editorial standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Communications, or related field; MFA preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional writing experience with a strong portfolio across formats (long-form, short-form, and brand storytelling).
- Exceptional narrative craft, editing skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to write for diverse audiences, adapt voice, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content CMS/tools (WordPress, Contentful, etc.).
- Strong research skills and ability to translate technical topics into clear, engaging content.
