We are seeking a Senior Crisis Management Lead to architect and drive global crisis response programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and partner with executive leadership to protect people, assets, and reputation.
Responsibility
- Design and implement enterprise-wide crisis management and incident response plans.
- Lead cross-functional crisis response simulations, tabletop exercises, and post-event reviews.
- Coordinate with executive leadership, security, communications, and operations teams during incidents.
- Provide strategic risk guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on continuity and resilience.
- Oversee crisis communications messaging and multi-channel stakeholder engagement during events.
- Manage crisis management program governance, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop scenario libraries, threat assessments, and training curricula to elevate preparedness.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, business continuity, security studies, or related field; master's preferred.
- 10+ years in crisis management, business continuity, emergency response, or related roles.
- Proven track record leading crisis response during real incidents and major disruptions.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex risks for executives.
- Experience with ISO 22301 or other BCM standards.
- Ability to work across time zones and manage high-pressure environments.
