Join NovaCommerce, a fast-growing omnichannel retailer delivering delightful online shopping experiences. We are seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed Senior E-commerce Manager to lead our online channel strategy and execution across platforms.
In this role you will own the e-commerce P&L, optimize site performance, and accelerate growth through conversion rate optimization, merchandising, and performance marketing. You will collaborate with product, marketing, supply chain, and tech teams to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience for millions of customers.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end e-commerce strategy across platforms including Shopify, Magento, and Commerce Cloud, aligned to business goals.
- Own online P&L, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics; monitor margins, CAC, and ROAS.
- Drive site performance and UX improvements, including SEO, site speed, product discovery, and on-site search.
- Lead merchandising, category management, and product storytelling to boost conversion and average order value.
- Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, and email with budget responsibility.
- Design and run CRO programs with robust A/B testing, analytics, and hypothesis-driven experiments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer service to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
- Build and mentor a high-performing e-commerce team and foster cross-functional partnerships.
Qualification
- 5+ years of e-commerce leadership or growth experience, preferably in omnichannel environments.
- Proven track record of driving online revenue and improving key metrics in a competitive market.
- Deep expertise with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Magento.
- Strong analytics mindset with experience in GA4, SQL, experimentation tools, and data visualization.
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization, SEO, paid media, and email marketing.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
