Join NovaCommerce Labs as a Senior E-commerce Product Manager and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our fast-growing online store. You will collaborate across product, marketing, engineering, and merchandising to deliver delightful customer experiences that drive revenue and loyalty.
We are looking for a customer-obsessed, data-driven leader who can translate insights into actionable initiatives and inspire teams to ship high-impact features on a tight timeline.
Responsibility
- Define product strategy and roadmap for core e-commerce features and experiments.
- Lead cross-functional squads (Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing) to deliver on-time, high-quality releases.
- Own key metrics: conversion rate, average order value, retention, and ROAS.
- Prioritize backlog with data-driven analysis, customer feedback, and business impact.
- Design and run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize checkout and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Pricing, and Marketing to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure performance, accessibility, mobile-first experiences, and scalable architecture.
Qualification
- 5+ years in product management for e-commerce or online retail.
- Proven track record shipping consumer-focused features that impact revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with merchandising, pricing strategies, and online promotions.
