As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will own major UI features, collaborate with design, backend, and QA, and champion performance, accessibility, and code quality.

Responsibility
- Architect, implement, and maintain scalable frontend features using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into high-quality UI.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote clean code and testing practices.
- Improve performance, accessibility, and responsive design across platforms.
- Define component libraries and style guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests; contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate in an async-first environment with clear documentation and strong ownership.
Qualification
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proficient in modern CSS, responsive design, and accessibility standards (A11y).
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization and browser internals.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL, state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Testing Library).
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring others; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
