NovaLaunch Labs is a fast-growing product studio that partners with ambitious startups to design, build, and scale disruptive software products. We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help turn bold ideas into reliable, user-centric platforms capable of scale from MVP to market-ready solutions.
In this role, you’ll own critical parts of the product stack, collaborate across product, design, and data teams, and contribute to the architectural direction of our platforms. You’ll join a lean, collaborative team that values ownership, experimentation, and impact.
Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features across frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business goals into technical plans and milestones.
- Architect modular, testable systems; establish coding standards; and drive quality through testing and CI/CD.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Own deployment pipelines on AWS, monitor performance, and optimize for reliability and cost.
- Ship rapid iterations for MVPs and customer pilots with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Improve platform security, reliability, and compliance in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualification
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React).
- Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, REST/GraphQL APIs, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience building scalable systems in startups or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of shipping features from concept to production with measurable impact.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfortable working autonomously.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
