InfraBuild Global is seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of critical infrastructure projects across urban development, transportation, and utilities.
In this role, you will collaborate with government agencies, developers, and contractors to design, permit, procure, construct, and commission large-scale projects while ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability standards are met.
You will drive value through design optimization, risk management, and program-level planning, with a focus on delivering on-time and on-budget outcomes in a complex regulatory environment.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure programs from concept through commissioning.
- Own program schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and utilities teams; supervise design reviews and constructability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; manage permits and approvals.
- Drive value through optimization of designs, procurement strategies, and lifecycle costing.
- Lead risk assessment, value engineering, and change management across the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a high-performance project delivery culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects (urban, transportation, or utilities).
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, design coordination, and construction oversight.
- Proficiency with BIM (Revit), Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, permits, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Professional engineer license (PE) or equivalent is a plus.
