Responsibility
- Lead collection, validation, and analysis of open-source and enterprise data to produce timely intelligence assessments on geopolitical risk, security threats, and strategic implications.
- Develop standardized briefing products for clients and internal stakeholders; present findings clearly to executives and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, cyber, risk, and policy) to support mission planning and decision-making.
- Maintain rigorous source attribution, methodology, and compliance with applicable laws and client requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts; design training materials and deliver ongoing analytic training sessions.
- Produce daily/weekly intelligence summaries, risk dashboards, and incident reports as required.
- Support client engagements in Washington, DC and travel as needed (up to 20%) to client offices and field sites.
- Contribute to intelligence knowledge management by documenting methodologies and maintaining a repository of analytic products.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Security Studies, or a related field; master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional intelligence analysis, national security, or risk assessment experience.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; proficiency with analytic frameworks and structured analytic techniques.
- Experience with OSINT tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or equivalents.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to deliver concise, client-ready briefs.
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one is preferred; willingness to undergo background checks.
- Proficiency in data management, ethics, and compliance standards; strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
