Join Aegis Intelligence Solutions as a Senior Intelligence Analyst in Washington, DC. You will synthesize open-source intelligence, geopolitical trends, and multi-source data to deliver actionable insights that inform strategy and risk mitigations for multinational clients.
In this role, you will lead intelligence analysis across predefined topics, develop collection plans, and mentor junior analysts. You will communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders through clear, concise briefings and executive-level reports.
Responsibility
- Lead and execute multi-source intelligence analysis (OSINT and relevant sources) to produce actionable, decision-ready assessments.
- Develop and manage collection plans, source calendars, and data fusion strategies to strengthen intel products.
- Produce daily/weekly intelligence briefings and in-depth analytic reports for senior leadership and clients.
- Monitor geopolitical, security, and risk developments affecting client operations; assess impact and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, security, operations) to translate intelligence into actionable business decisions.
- Maintain and query intelligence databases; ensure data integrity, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Mentor and train junior analysts; review analyses to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and client confidentiality requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 6+ years of proven intelligence analysis experience in government, defense, or corporate security.
- Strong proficiency in OSINT tools and methodologies; familiarity with SIGINT a plus.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable reporting; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and with SQL or Python for data gathering.
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred; willingness to undergo necessary security checks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Washington, DC with occasional travel.
