Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects, from problem framing to delivery of finished products.
- Produce multi-source intelligence products, including OSINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT-derived insights.
- Develop dashboards and visualization artifacts to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliverables.
- Assess source reliability, bias, and limitations to ensure analytic rigour.
- Mentor junior analysts; provide constructive feedback and training.
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and client guidelines; maintain data handling best practices.
- Contribute to ad hoc briefings, workshops, and decision-support sessions for leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, International Relations, Computer Science, or a related field; master's preferred.
- 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience in government, contractor, or equivalent environment.
- Strong analytic reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with OSINT tools, analytic software, and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar data analysis languages is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to brief senior leadership clearly and concisely.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an appropriate security clearance (e.g., interim TS/SCI) or equivalent eligibility.
