NovaSec Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our mission-driven team in Washington, DC. You will synthesize open-source and analytical data to deliver actionable insights that shape strategic decisions for clients in the public and private sectors. This role requires integrity, discretion, and a passion for risk-aware analysis.
As part of our Intelligence Services practice, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate advanced analytic techniques, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact. You will leverage multi-source data to identify threats, track geopolitical developments, and inform decision-making at the highest levels.

Responsibility
- Conduct multi-source intelligence analysis (OSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT) to produce timely, accurate assessments.
- Develop and maintain analytical products, briefings, and dashboards for decision-makers.
- Track threat landscapes, emerging risks, and geopolitical developments affecting clients.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate intelligence into actionable recommendations.
- Apply rigorous methodologies, doctrine, and quality control to ensure analytic integrity.
- Mentor junior analysts; participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards, information handling protocols, and data privacy requirements.
- Support incident response and contingency planning with rapid, evidence-based analysis.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, International Relations, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience in government, defense, or equivalent environments.
- Proficiency with OSINT tooling, data visualization, and analytical software; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Security clearance or eligibility; demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information securely.
- Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and decision-support processes.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment; collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
