NovaShield Intelligence Solutions is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our expanding team supporting federal and allied government clients in the Washington, DC metro area. This role focuses on turning multi-source data into clear, decision-ready intelligence to inform policy, operations, and threat mitigation. Responsibility
- Produce timely, high-quality intelligence products and briefings for senior stakeholders across government and client organizations.
- Integrate OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT (as available), and open data sources to identify evolving threats, trends, and risk indicators.
- Build and maintain structured analytic frameworks, assessment methodologies, and visualization dashboards for decision support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cyber defense, operations, and policy to ensure cohesive risk reporting.
- Monitor geopolitical developments and security events that could impact clients' missions; deliver proactive alerts and impact analyses.
- Validate sources, document methodologies, and ensure compliance with information security and privacy requirements.
- Brief leadership and clients in clear, actionable language; translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience in government, defense, or private sector settings.
- Strong OSINT research capabilities and familiarity with analytic frameworks (CRISP-DDM, analytic tradecraft).
- Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ability to manipulate data with SQL or Python.
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance or ability to obtain; preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience briefing executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure.
- Demonstrated teamwork, integrity, and commitment to ethical intelligence practices.
