Global Insight Solutions is seeking a motivated Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our Washington, DC-based team. This role supports national security programs, requires rigorous analysis, and collaborates across multidisciplinary teams to deliver actionable intelligence to policy makers and operational leaders.

Responsibility
- Analyze open-source and classified data sources to identify threats, patterns, and geopolitical developments relevant to national security.
- Develop and communicate clear, concise intelligence products (briefs, reports, wargaming inputs) for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence findings into risk assessments and decision frameworks.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track indicators, trends, and scenario analyses.
- Monitor regulatory and policy changes affecting program operations and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Lead or participate in intelligence collection plans, target development, and validation of sources.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement processes and quality assurance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or related field; master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of intelligence analysis experience in government, defense, or a contractor environment.
- Strong proficiency in OSINT, SIGINT, data fusion, and analytic methodologies (C-IED, JIPOE, or similar).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytic programming (Python, SQL) is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to brief executives and policymakers.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or ability to obtain clearance within a reasonable timeframe.
