NovaShield Intelligence Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our National Security practice in Arlington, VA. This role delivers actionable intelligence products to support policy, defense, and risk management initiatives.
As a core member of our analytic team, you will synthesize data from multiple sources, apply analytic tradecraft, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate holds an active security clearance or eligibility and is proficient in transforming complex data into clear, executive-ready insights.
Location: Arlington, VA with hybrid on-site work and occasional travel.
Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive intelligence analysis across OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT and open-source data to identify threats and opportunities.
- Produce timely, well-sourced intelligence reports, briefings, and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate intelligence into actionable recommendations and policy impacts.
- Develop and maintain threat assessments, scenarios, and risk analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Apply analytic tradecraft standards, validate sources, and ensure products withstand peer review.
- Monitor evolving threat landscapes, indicators, and data feeds; synthesize information into actionable intelligence.
- Support red-teaming exercises, incident response planning, and exercise data analysis as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, International Relations, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of intelligence analysis, national security, or related defense experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility; polygraph preferred.
- Proficiency with analytic tools and platforms (i2, Palantir, ArcGIS, Python, SQL).
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with OSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and threat modeling; ability to synthesize multi-source data.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure in high-stakes environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed and maintain confidentiality in all duties.
