We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to lead analysis across geopolitical, cyber, and competitive landscapes. This role requires rigorous reasoning, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering actionable intelligence to executives.
Location: Washington, DC. This position offers a hybrid work model with on site presence required in our DC office for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
As part of the intel team, you will shape risk narratives, influence strategic decisions, and mentor junior analysts.
Responsibility
- Lead and execute multi-source intelligence analysis across geopolitical, economic, cyber, and industry-specific threat landscapes to inform strategy and risk management.
- Coordinate open source intelligence OSINT collection, validation, and synthesis into concise, executive-ready briefs.
- Develop threat models, risk assessments, and scenario planning to anticipate adversary actions and business disruption.
- Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and briefings for C-suite, board members, and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with security, legal, compliance, and product teams to translate intelligence into actionable controls and policies.
- Mentor and supervise junior analysts; establish quality standards, review processes, and training material.
- Maintain strict adherence to privacy, data handling, and information security policies in all analysis workflows.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Security Studies, International Relations, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in intelligence analysis, security, risk assessment, or corporate security; private sector or government experience.
- Strong OSINT capabilities and familiarity with intelligence collection tools and databases.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools; working knowledge of Python, SQL, or R is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated ability to brief senior leadership and influence decision making.
- Ability to manage confidential information and operate with discretion; security clearance is a plus (Public Trust or active clearance).
- Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; adaptable to fast-paced environments.
