We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team serving government and enterprise clients with high-stakes intelligence products. This role blends traditional intelligence tradecraft with modern data analytics to deliver timely, accurate insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making.
As a trusted advisor, you will synthesize multi-source data, assess risk, monitor emerging threats, and produce briefings for senior leadership. The ideal candidate combines rigorous analytic discipline with practical communication skills, adaptability, and a deep sense of integrity.
Responsibility
- Lead multi-source intelligence collection, fusion, and analysis to deliver timely, actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain intelligence products, dashboards, and threat briefs for senior leadership.
- Conduct OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and cyber intelligence research to identify threats and opportunities.
- Assess risk, critical vulnerabilities, and potential impact against client operations and national security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, cybersecurity, and policy to ensure analytic quality and operational relevance.
- Brief executives and stakeholders; communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.
- Mentor junior analysts; contribute to analytic tradecraft, methodology, and quality assurance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or master's in security studies, international relations, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience, preferably in national security, defense, or civil government.
- Proficiency with OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis languages (Python, SQL).
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable intelligence; strong writing and briefing skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments; security clearance desirable or eligible.
- Knowledge of national security policy, threat landscape, analytic tradecraft, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
