Job description
We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to support government and private sector clients in defense, security, and policy domains. The role blends OSINT and HUMINT techniques to deliver actionable intelligence, strategic assessments, and risk insights.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing position that emphasizes analytic rigor, source validation, and ethical judgment in complex environments.
Responsibility
- Conduct OSINT, HUMINT, and SIGINT data collection and analysis to produce timely, actionable intelligence for clients.
- Develop finished intelligence products including assessments, dashboards, and briefings tailored to executive stakeholders.
- Monitor open sources, social media, and other data streams for indicators of risk, threat, and opportunity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cyber, operations, and compliance to ensure analytic integrity and lawful handling of information.
- Validate sources, manage citations, and maintain chain-of-custody for all intelligence products.
- Present findings through oral briefings and written reports, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
- Support strategic decision-making by producing threat assessments and scenario analyses for clients and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to client security requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience in government, defense, or private sector environments.
- Strong proficiency with OSINT tools, data visualization, and analytic tradecraft
- Experience with HUMINT and or SIGINT is a plus.
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance; active clearance or eligibility strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven ability to produce concise, evidence-based reports and briefings.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Self-starter with superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
