Job description

LuminaLink Global is seeking a results-driven Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end global planning and execution across our network of suppliers and distribution centers. This role balances service, cost, and risk while driving digital transformation and continuous improvement across a fast-paced global operation.

You will shape supply chain strategy, own key performance indicators, and collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and technology teams to deliver sustainable value for our customers and stakeholders.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain planning across demand, inventory, production, and distribution for regional and global networks.
  • Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce working capital while maintaining service levels.
  • Partner with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to align on capacity, lead times, and cost structures.
  • Drive continuous improvement through KPI dashboards, data analytics, S&OP processes, and scenario planning.
  • Manage supplier relationships, risk management, compliance, and supplier performance programs.
  • Lead ERP/TMS/WMS optimization and implementation initiatives to enable end-to-end visibility and control.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing SCM team; foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to global trade compliance, sustainability goals, and corporate governance standards.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience with demonstrated leadership in global operations.
  • Strong analytics skills (Excel, data visualization, and exposure to SQL or Python).
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and TMS/WMS platforms; implementing digital transformations.
  • Excellent program management, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics optimization.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Knowledge of global trade compliance, risk management, and sustainability initiatives.
