We are seeking a results-driven Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our Chicago, IL operations and help scale our end-to-end supply chain. You will partner with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to optimize service levels, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across the network.
In this role, you will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape demand planning, inventory policy, supplier performance, and transportation strategies in a fast-paced environment. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, procurement, and logistics across all product lines.
- Develop and execute demand planning, S&OP processes, and inventory optimization to balance service and cost.
- Establish and monitor supplier performance metrics; drive negotiation and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance) to align forecasts with financial targets.
- Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Oversee ERP/MRP system configurations, master data accuracy, and process standardization.
- Lead a high-performing supply chain team; mentor staff and foster a culture of accountability.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field; MBA or similar is a plus.
- 5+ years in supply chain management, with at least 2+ years in supervisory or managerial roles.
- Proven expertise in demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, and procurement.
- Strong proficiency with ERP/SCM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools; advanced Excel skills required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Project management experience and a track record of cost-to-serve improvements.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience or certifications preferred.
