We are seeking a Senior Surveyor to lead field operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure project success from field collection to final deliverables.
In this role, you will manage boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and as-built data collection. You will collaborate with engineers, GIS specialists, and project managers to deliver accurate, compliant survey data on time and within budget.

Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate field survey teams to perform boundary, topographic, and construction staking projects.
- Plan fieldwork strategies, prepare equipment, and ensure accuracy using total stations, GNSS receivers, and conventional methods.
- Review field data for quality, perform data processing, and deliver precise CAD/GIS-ready deliverables.
- Prepare survey plats, legal descriptions, and construction staking plans for clients and contractors.
- Maintain safety standards, plan risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Mentor junior surveyors and technicians; provide training and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and GIS teams to meet project milestones.
Qualification
- Bachelors in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of field surveying experience with proficiency in boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Proficient with total stations, GNSS/RTK, laser scanners, and field data collection software.
- Strong knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD) and GIS workflows; experience with Civil 3D a plus.
- Licensure as a Professional Surveyor (PS) preferred; ability to obtain within 12 months if not held.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and client-facing abilities.
- Willingness to travel regionally; valid driver's license and clean driving record.
