Wide Technologies Indonesia is seeking a meticulous Software Quality Assurance professional to join our Jakarta-based team. This role is essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and operations to design, execute, and maintain robust testing processes that prevent defects and accelerate release cycles.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in software quality assurance, strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.

- Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and standards for software products.
- Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and releases.
- Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to drive timely resolution while ensuring root cause analysis.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, smoke, and performance testing across web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain automated test suites and scripts using modern frameworks and tools.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and ensure test automation runs in build and release processes.
- Contribute to quality metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting to inform decision-making.
- Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Quality Assurance professional.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools (eg, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Experience testing web and/or mobile applications; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
