At Citra Borneo Indah, we are seeking a proactive Staff Sustainability to lead and coordinate the deployment of our QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management system across our regional operations in Central Kalimantan. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on implementation to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices while driving continuous improvement in sustainability performance.
Your responsibilities include integrating sustainability objectives into daily operations, monitoring environmental, health and safety metrics, and partnering with operations, facilities, and procurement teams to embed sustainable practices into project delivery and service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills who can translate complex requirements into actionable plans and measurable KPIs.

Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate the regional implementation of the QHSE management system, ensuring alignment with company strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, monitor, and report on sustainability KPIs (energy use, emissions, waste, water, and safety metrics) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate internal audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions to maintain compliance and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with operations, facilities, and procurement teams to embed sustainable practices into daily operations and project delivery.
- Lead QHSE training programs for staff, including emergency response, incident prevention, and regulatory awareness.
- Engage with regulators, suppliers, customers, and community stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and ongoing compliance.
- Prepare and present sustainability reports and management updates to regional leadership.
- Maintain knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and international best practices, updating policies and procedures as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sustainability, QHSE, or safety management; experience in retail, real estate, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental, health, and safety regulations; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is preferred.
- Excellent data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HSE, CSR, ISO Lead Auditor) are advantageous.
