Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Drive sales performance by implementing promotions, analyzing performance data, and optimizing floorset layouts.
- Manage inventory control, ordering, stock levels, and shrinkage prevention to maintain product availability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a retail team; schedule shifts and conduct performance feedback.
- Oversee cash handling, POS accuracy, and daily reconciliation in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures; uphold brand and visual standards.
- Produce regular sales and operational reports for regional leadership and head office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Store Manager or similar retail leadership role, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills; customer-centric mindset.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and POS systems.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze sales metrics and implement improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, marketing, or retail preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; contract work arrangement accepted.
