As a Strategic Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with senior military leadership and industry partners to deliver measurable outcomes, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with defense standards.

Responsibility

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex defense programs from inception to deployment.
  • Coordinate cross-agency teams, contractors, and military partners to achieve milestones on time and within budget.
  • Develop operational plans, risk assessments, and contingency strategies for mission-critical initiatives.
  • Prepare briefings for senior leaders and defense stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, security requirements, and program governance.
  • Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements through data-driven analysis and best-practice methodologies.
  • Lead or participate in field exercises, tabletop drills, and after-action reviews as required.

Qualification

  • Active security clearance or eligibility preferred (Top Secret/SCI a plus).
  • BA/BS in a relevant field (e.g., Defense Studies, Engineering, Information Technology, Business).
  • 5+ years of defense program management, operations analysis, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
