NovaWave Media is seeking an experienced Advertising Campaign Manager to lead digital advertising initiatives for top brands. You will own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization across search, social, and programmatic channels to deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibility
- Develop and lead data-driven advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, programmatic, and owned channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate brand strategy into engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Manage media budgets, bidding strategies, pacing, and vendor relationships to maximize ROAS.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare weekly performance dashboards, and present insights to clients and leadership.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, landing page experiments, and audience segmentation.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, brand guidelines, and privacy requirements.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with analytics, product, and sales to align on goals.
- Drive quarterly and annual plan development, measurement frameworks, and reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years digital advertising campaign management, preferably in agencies or in-house teams.
- Proficiency with Google Ads (Search/Performance Max), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Google Data Studio, or Tableau; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; client-facing experience a plus.
- Deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC metrics; ability to optimize budgets accordingly.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines, ad policies, and privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
