Responsibility
- Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel advertising campaigns across digital, social, display, search, and traditional media.
- Translate business objectives into actionable media plans and creative briefs.
- Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimize budgets to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop compelling assets and insights.
- Manage vendor relationships, schedules, and contracted media buys.
- Present insights and results to clients or internal stakeholders with clear storytelling.
- Lead reporting cadence, dashboards, and post-campaign analyses to inform future strategies.
Qualification
- 4+ years of digital advertising or campaign management experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and optimize ROAS/ROI.
- Strong knowledge of programmatic, social, search, and video advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, SQL preferred).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
