Join LuminaNova Advertising as an Advertising Campaign Manager in New York City. You will lead multi-channel campaigns for a diverse portfolio of brands, blending creative storytelling with rigorous performance analytics. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and hands-on optimization across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional media to deliver measurable impact.
As a core member of our Growth Team, you’ll translate client objectives into executable campaigns, set ambitious targets, and drive performance with data-driven decisions, compelling creatives, and precise media planning.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, DV360) and select traditional media as appropriate.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to craft compelling creatives, landing pages, and optimization strategies.
- Own budget planning, pacing, bidding strategies, and vendor relations; ensure campaigns stay on time and within scope.
- Set success metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and implement attribution models; monitor performance daily and adjust accordingly.
- Provide proactive performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead trafficking, QA, and quality control to ensure ad specs, brand guidelines, and compliance are met.
- Mentor junior staff and cultivate a data-driven, collaborative team culture.
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on advertising experience with a proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Amazon Ads) and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Data Studio).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable optimization plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills; comfortable leading meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
