As Advertising Manager, you will lead cross-channel initiatives, champion data-driven decision making, and mentor a talented team of managers and coordinators.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated advertising campaigns across TV, digital, social, search, and programmatic channels.
- Partner with Creative, Media, and Analytics teams to craft compelling narratives and efficient media mixes.
- Define campaign goals, establish KPIs, and build performance dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI and compliance.
- Drive A/B testing and optimization, leveraging data to improve reach, relevance, and conversion.
- Mentor junior staff, provide feedback, and promote a culture of high performance and professional development.
- Lead client communications, presenting insights and recommendations with clarity and impact.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or brand development with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising channels (search, social, display, video) and programmatic buying.
- Proven ability to analyze data, derive insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to clients and leadership.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing tech stacks, attribution models, and reporting tools (GA4, DV360, Meta, TikTok Ads).
