As a key owner of performance campaigns, you will translate brand goals into scalable media plans, oversee budgets, optimize creatives, and report on results to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute cross channel advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms including Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, TV, and print.
  • Manage media budgets, forecasting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with creative and analytics teams to build compelling briefs and optimized creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and implement data driven optimizations.
  • Generate actionable reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure brand safety, compliance, and alignment with regulatory standards across all campaigns.
  • Optimize landing pages and customer journeys to improve conversion rates and engagement.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising, media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful campaigns and measurable results.
