Join NovaPulse Media, a premier advertising agency in New York City, as an Advertising Specialist. You will orchestrate high-impact campaigns across digital channels, collaborate with creative teams, and leverage data to drive ROAS.
In this role, you will own strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns for diverse clients, ensuring brand consistency and measurable results.
Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms from brief to delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft compelling ad copy and assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies to improve performance and ROAS.
- Manage budget pacing, bidding, and performance reporting; deliver weekly insights to stakeholders.
- Set up conversion tracking, analytics dashboards, and attribution models to measure impact.
- Maintain compliance with platform policies and brand safety standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative tactics to grow client portfolios.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROAS and meeting KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience with A/B testing, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
