In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting processes while helping drive financial clarity for campaigns, clients, and internal teams. You will partner with account managers, project leads, and vendors to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and transparent profitability across a diverse portfolio of advertising and creative projects.

Responsibility
- Handle day-to-day accounts payable and receivable, billing, invoicing, expense processing, and vendor communications
- Assist with monthly closings, reconciliations, and preparation of management reports
- Manage client invoicing and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor project budgets and track costs for campaigns and creative initiatives
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance as applicable
- Prepare documentation for audits and maintain organized financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and optimize profitability
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 1-3 years of accounting/administration experience (agency experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of Singapore GST and basic regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with internal teams and external clients
- Adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic agency environment
