As a Live Streaming Host, you will collaborate with our marketing team to plan live sessions, read scripts, showcase products, and respond to comments in real time. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere, manage pacing to avoid flat moments, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines. Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on company platforms and partner channels with energy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Engage viewers in real-time, respond to comments, answer questions, and guide the audience through product features and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan show topics, scripts, and promotional timelines.
- Present products or services effectively, highlighting benefits, use cases, and calls to action.
- Maintain an engaging atmosphere, manage pacing, and prevent moments from feeling flat or scripted.
- Monitor stream quality (audio, video, connectivity) and coordinate with technical staff to resolve issues quickly.
- Track key performance metrics (views, engagement, chat activity) and provide feedback to improve future broadcasts.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a host, presenter, or on-camera talent; live streaming experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent spoken Indonesian with clear diction and confident delivery; comfortable on camera.
- Strong audience engagement skills, with the ability to think on your feet and improvise when needed.
- Comfort with planning, scripting, and presenting information in a concise, entertaining way.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic streaming tools (e.g., OBS/Streamlabs, YouTube Live, Instagram Live, Zoom).
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for full-time work, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.
