You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to produce compelling visuals that elevate our brand across social channels. From concept and rough cuts to final delivery, you will edit footage into engaging narratives, apply color grading, refine audio, and weave motion graphics into your edits to maximize impact.
We value creators who stay ahead of platform trends and can adapt storytelling to multiple formats, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and longer form videos for campaigns and events. Responsibility
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media reels, stories, and long-form content, ensuring pacing and narrative flow.
- Conceptualize and produce event videos, product launches, testimonials, and brand storytelling segments that align with marketing briefs.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to translate briefs into creative video concepts and storyboards.
- Apply color grading, audio mixing, and sound design to deliver high-quality, broadcast-ready assets.
- Create motion graphics, lower thirds, and titles using tools like After Effects to enhance branding and accessibility.
- Format, optimize, and deliver assets for multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, websites) and various aspect ratios.
- Organize project files, manage assets, and adhere to production timelines; version and archive final deliverables for easy reuse.
- Maintain brand consistency and stay current with social media trends to maximize engagement and reach.
Qualification
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience in advertising, media, or digital marketing; portfolio demonstrating storytelling through short-form and long-form videos.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; strong working knowledge of After Effects; familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Excellent sense of timing, rhythm, and narrative structure; ability to craft engaging stories within tight deadlines.
- Solid color grading and audio editing skills; understanding of sound design and mixing for various platforms.
- Experience creating motion graphics and typography for social media; ability to design clean lower thirds and title sequences.
- Strong collaborative skills; able to take creative briefs and feedback from multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of social media formats and best practices for reels, shorts, and stories; adaptive to short iterations and A/B testing.
