Responsibility

  • Oversee daily club operations, including scheduling, front desk coverage, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance
  • Monitor KPI performance (sign-ups, attendance, attrition, revenue per member) and implement data-driven improvements
  • Deliver exceptional member experiences by coaching staff on service standards, program introductions, and personalized member journeys
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan promotions, events, and community outreach at Greentown Ipoh

Qualification

  • Proven leadership experience in a membership-driven or service-focused environment, preferably in fitness or hospitality
